My love for unforgettable experiences and extraordinary dining and drinks repeatedly brings me back to Vita! VITA is a farm-to-table restaurant locally sourcing ingredients from Cal Poly Pomona and other local farms. This delectable restaurant sits atop an established hotel on a hill with picturesque views. Their modern yet classic ambiance has been perfect for many occasions for my friends and me, to enjoy.

This Southeastern Mexican-style restaurant differs from other regional Mexican cuisines with Spanish, Caribbean, and Mediterranean influences. Inspired by Executive Chef Gabbi Patrick’s Yucatecan roots, CHAAK features Mayan staples of pibil, recados, seafood, smoke, and exotic spices combined with her signature modern flare. I’ve been here a handful of times and have certainly been more impressed each time! They have an open roof most nights, weather permitting, and exceptional service.

Although I’ve heard excellent reviews about this particular restaurant, I’ve only recently had the pleasure of dining here. And WOW, was I thoroughly impressed. The service, delicious meals, exquisite ambiance, and overall vibe of this restaurant was such an incredible experience. The cavernous walls and fascinating details prove The Cellar is truly one of a kind. Even Richard Burton thought so when he proposed to Elizabeth Taylor in one of the red velvet booths. With 20’s music playing, candlelight, and warm laughter filling the air, The Cellar is an experience one will not soon forget, Making this the perfect Valentine’s dinner choice.

A prime staple of dining! Flemmings restaurant is always a great go-to if you’re looking for a good steak, an equally excellent wine selection, and some delectable potatoes au gratin! They also serve my favorite creme brulè for dessert. I’ve gone here for Galentine’s day, and they have a perfectly portioned “dinner for 2” option.

If you’re looking for a fine dining restaurant to impress your date, look no further! Mastro’s is the way to go! Dress to impress and dine to the nines at one of their select locations. You can enjoy the different environments that each restaurant has to offer. For Example, the Beverly Hills, CA, location has two separate dining areas for you to enjoy. Opt for the rooftop and relish the live music and stunning city views. And the Ocean Club in Newport Beach, CA, has a live pianist and a lovely open rooftop with a tree in the dining room for optimal starry night sky views.

This upscale restaurant is located in the beachside city of Santa Monica, smack dab in the middle of an outgoing street. Perfect for your valentine’s date as it boasts primal elegance. Their beef braised short rib is the absolute best I have ever had; for that reason, I will be adding this restaurant to my favorites list!
